Foster no question. Bell will not even start. Get a good back up RB just incase Foster goes down, but Foster 100% healthy will have better numbers than Bell.

I'd take Foster. Mike Shanahan does 'running back by committee', so the carries will be distributed over a number of backs. Foster will get the lion's share of the carries for the Panthers.

Foster - hands down.
Yes, he's injury plagued, but right now he's healthy and he's the starter. It helps if you have deangelo Williams waiting in the wings though.
Tatum Bell does not have a starting job and plays for a coach who hates fantasy football and loves committees. His on coaching staff doesn't know who is going to start from week to week. And he has a glass-eye.

Foster without a doubt...because there is no telling how much playing time bell will get.

Foster for sure. If you really like T. Bell you can probably pick him up later. Foster will be snapped up for sure if you drop him.

I would keep Foster. He is the clear cut starter and will be great if he can stay healthy. Tatum might not start and Shanahan is impossible to figure out.
