You forget to mention what "this country" is. The Irish don't let anybody with a dark skin in if they can help it. Refugees are NOT allowed to work in Ireland as long as their application is being considered, and then they're accused of living on the taxpayer's expense. As for the Eastern Europeans, I've met a few carpenters and plumbeers and tilers and they seem to know what they're doing, unlike their Irish colleagues. If you want a proper job I'd recommend you stop feeling sorry for yourself and get an education.

Are they really taking over your jobs of are they doing the jobs that other people will not do. A young 19 yrs old friend of mine recently told me he couldnt be bothered to get a job as he had had one for 3 months and didn't like it as it interfered with his daytime social life, he was not alone there were eight in his group and they all said the same thing, not enough money was the other reason for not working, who can live on £5.50 an hour? as a pensioner I could and would if I got that much for 40 hours of my week. This was the same complaint in the events after the Empire Windrush brought much needed labour from the Caribean Islands.
I am sure that if the writer were to apply for a job, any job that they consider is being taken by foreign workers, they would probably get it.

Whoooa.. The Irish are letting refugees into England?? England caused its own refugee problem when they made so many countries part of the Empire. Its a problem thats being going on for a long time. Its a fairly new problem in Ireland.

The Irish isn't letting refugees into this country.
The U.S. Immigration and the government is letting
the refugees into this country. If you need a job,
then come on down to Mississippi. There are plenty of jobs available. There just isn't anyplace to live right now.

When you say refugees, who are you speaking of? When you really think about it, there are more people here from other countries then there are American born living in our country. So what difference does it make? We can't control it. It's out of hand now. I'm pissed about it just as much as you. I wish I had the money I needed because then I would go move to Brazil or some damn place and let them see how they like it.

WELL DONE MICHAEL K
completely agree with your answer. I'm Irish and cant get over just how bloody ignorant most Irish are. for crying out loud most of our families fucked off to UK and us for work. now Ireland is doing well the Irish seem to forget they ever left this country and want to keep ''all them foreigners out'' -idiots.

I'm Irish,& I think your question is nonsense. There are more people of Irish descent living abroad than living in Ireland. We went to these countries, mainly the UK & USA ,to find work & try to better ourselves. We were able to send money home to help our families.that is exactly what these people are trying to do.Now that Ireland is doing well, you want to keep everyone else out.The word 'hypocracy' springs to mind.

theres nothing we can do about it, they're being exploited as cheap labour. thats why i have to work for minimum wage i gotta keep a roof over my head. its because of the ceasfire its had a knock on effect for the whole of ireland foreign investment has flooded in business have risen, the local tradesmen are overseas theres a labour shortage they have to recruit elsewhere. only thing i know is i'd rather starve than leave Ireland.
