We are all people first off, in that we are the same and that we bleed blood and it is all red I would hate the think that we don't. But, with that said we are all different in that we think and beleive differently, depending on what our beliefs are and how we were brought up, we all come from different areas of the world and everyone has there own ways.

God made us all different (male and female) this is where we get the different nationalities, genders, and ethnics(colors).

We are all human. Our blood is red. We breathe oxygen and we all die. Of course we are the same. But what makes us different is the way we are brought up. We have different culture, different ways of thinking, different adaptation to our different surrounding, different wants and needs and different beliefs and etc.etc.
God created us in such a fashion so we could learn from each other, and to develop relationships so we could become a better person. If we are identical in every single thing - colour of hair, colour of our eyes, our skin and what nots, then... there is nothing to learn from anyone... Is there?

We are all the same because we are people.
Most of us like Coca-Cola (or Pepsi), Barbecue, Pizza, Hot Chicks, Fast Cars, Gold & Diamond, Good books and Intelligent talk.

We are different because each person has a different personality and character.
Each person likes to shape the world in a different way as he or she sees beautiful. That is the beauty of the Universe. That's why we have Versace, Armani, YSL, Benneton, etc.,

we are all the same in so many ways, we all have the same basic needs. we are all different in the way we look, act & think. it would be a boring world if we were all the same in those ways. don't you think. so yes we are the same & yes we are different

we are different in our idea's and culture's and our philosophy's but we are the same in that we feel joy, sadness, love and hate.
many of us are affected by the same stimuli ,many of us have the same reaction's to something we see or hear but just as many don't.
i.e. most of us laugh at clowns and funny antics but some do not, most of us cry and feel anguish when we lose something, some do not!!
in our emotions, that we think and feel we are all the same!!
how we go about thinking and feeling are different.!!

To describe how we are all the same, I think you would have to be very general
We all have skin, bone and brains.
Not all of us have a gall bladder. or spleen
In mental terms - eg personality or intellect, we vary greatly
