I use freetranslation.com. Keep in mind that the translation is never perfect. It usually can give you the general idea though.
It does not the difference between nouns and verbs. If your word is "jam" for example it may translate that as getting stuck or as jelly. Read carefully and ask someone if there is a part that remains unclear.

There are a couple of sites that will do the job. Just paste your text in the box, select the From-To languages and hit the process button.

Note that the translation won't be perfect though, but it will give you a good idea.
