Watch your sodium intake and be careful this little junk is hidden in so many things. Exercize and drink lots of water! See a doctor if you are not being treated immediately and if you are than he may have to adjust your medication. Try to relax as stress can also trigger higher blood pressure. Be careful again for the sodium so many ready to make foods like spaghetti sauce is filled with it.
Good luck!

If you are a big person, losing weight will do the trick. But don't go crazy with fad diets. Salt, butter, creamy soups, etc must be put aside for white meat, vegetables, fruit. Also, start excercising by simply walking at a quick pace for 20 minutes per day. If you are slim person and you aren't a fast food, junk food hog, see your doc for a prescription.

Reduce your sodium intake as much as possible! This is easy to do, just skipp anything in a can or anything that is preprepared or packaged. Skip the ham and the bacon and the sausage, they are all full of sodium.

Exersise an hour a day - ask the doctor first

Be active, have fun, do what you want to do!

Star with gentle, low impact exercise--walking & swimming.
Next get the salt out of your diet. Get rid of the junk food and take control. Trade in the pop or high sodium beverages for water.
If you're still red in the face, see your doctor-- you should anyway. B.

See your doctor. Walk if s/he advises it. Take your meds. Eat a proper diet. Throw away your salt shakers. Learn to relax.
Cut way back on coffee. Don't touch alcohol.
Try to avoid stress, and when you figure out how to do that, please tell me.
