Intel is best or asus is best in motherboard
and which one is cheap?

The motherboard is a good one because its from asus and supports Core 2 Duo processor right now, you won't have a problem with the Pentium D 930.

why try to go for a cheap one? With computer parts being reasonably priced(in the US- I do not know where you are) Cheap parts seem nice in the beginning but can cause you problems when they break. You are better off with a decent motherboard but you need support. Check to see how much support will cost. Where are you planning to buy from?
