Assuming you are actually in Sweden: Car heating unit, you can pick up at any gas station in Sweden, or try www.clasohlson.se (search for kupevärmare)

Timer and power unit, ask any electrician. They're just a normal outdoor power socket, with a timer, and usually a cover over so they can take the weather.

If you're not in Sweden, you can maybe at least get some brand names from the Clas Ohlson site (they only deliver within the neighbouring countries)

If you're somewhere English speaking, try searching for "block heaters" (searching for car heaters will get you something else entirely :) I've seen them in use in both the UK and Canada, so you should be able to find one somewhere.

How do you get one what? A car heater unit or a mains outlet?

look on the web..or find a friend in sweden..who can get you one...one thing though..would it suit your electrical current..or would you need a converter?? more cost if you do..
