i'm having a few problems with me laptop and i need to turn on this system restore, but me 'help and support' button isn't working.

if on win xp - go start - accessories -system tools - system restore and turn it on

Go to the START button and select Control Panel. Select the System icon. There should be a tab that says system restore. Select that tab and uncheck the box that says Turn OFF system restore. That box needs to be empty for System Restore to work. Good Luck!

Click on the start button on the bottom left of screen. Click on all programs. Click on accessories. Click on system tools. Click on system restore and follow instructions.

right click on my computer icon then select system restore
