You probably need to be a lawyer or have some expertise in the field you will be working in.

Start with a firm that does that kind of thing. Web sites really won't help you there (just give you general information).

You don't have to be a lawyer, but most of them are. Try the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (fmcs.gov) or the American Arbitration Assn. (adr.org)
