well, in the manga when naruto and team 7 confronted sasuke in orochimaru's lair, sasuke seems to be stronger. however before that, naruto fought with orochimaru in his 4 tailed kyuubi state. and so he probably is exhausted. we haven't seen a full battle with sasuke and naruto yet so we just have to wait.
in the current chapter of the manga, naruto learned how to split a waterfall with just his chakra. hint, hint!

Ya he does in the end because Sasuke got the Curse Seal 2 but stronger,and he got his wheel Sharkgain and he has Chidore.

No, Naruto just needs to learn how to harnass his power (which he can't do very well yet) then he could take on Sasuke...but right now, yeah, Sasuke is probably stronger.
