Anyone have any tips on getting into NYU?

I am trying to get into the MA Educational Theatre Program at NYU's Steinhardt School of Education.

sad but true-know somebody..know them well who is high up there. unless you are amazing at what you do (and all the other thousands applying) you better know someone.
