Everytime I run out of job, somebody's using my SSS number, as in continue my contribution. The company's name is SYNOVATE. Twice they did it to me. It seems that these people knew when you're having a job or not. Will these affect my SSS benefits in the future. Does anyone know this SYNOVATE company.

Contact the Social Security department and report fraudulent activity. This could ruin your credit, chances for employment, and everything else in your life if you don't take care of it. This is called identity theft.

I would call the Social Security office in your area and report the activity to them. Then call the IRS at 1-800-829-0433. This is the CID (Criminal Investigation Department) number. Be sure to give them all information that you know. Good Luck.

No, but track it down online or through your state governor's advocate. Yes, it will affect your Social Security Benefits in future. Contact your local office and let them know what is going on. You might also contact your state Department of Labor and ask for advice.

That is a case of identity theft and you need to report it and apply for another SS number. Yes, it will affect your SS benefits. Were you to become disabled anytime soon, you could not get any benefits because your records would show that you are working. Do not hesitiate to report it NOW!
