According to web standards, web pages should be no wider than 770 pixels due to a still large number of users who use 800X600 resolution. Your website floods the whole page, make it narrower, so it looks almost the same for everyone. Your "welcome" greeting is in some non-standard fond, not all your visitors will have it, their browser will just substitute the font, and it might become unreadable for some. Use traditional fonts (people like it more too). Fancy fonts must be in graphic, like someone already said here.
Remember that 96% users have Internet Explorer, so, your page will look ok for the majority, and only 4% (those with Netscape, Opera etc) might see it a bit displaced.

Assuming you are coding this in HTML:
The old 1x1 pixel picture trick
Use a graphic program to create a 1 pixel by 1 pixel white dot.
When you go to create your web page, create a table and size it to exactly the size you want to page to be on the screen (say 800 pixel).
Place the 1x1 pic at the top of the table, and then resize it to 1x800. Being only 1 pixel thick, the line will be invisible. Because the picture is there, it will keep the table from being able to resize itself to fit the user's screen. That will keep things in place so they do not move. If you make sub-tables use the same trick with each table to keep them in place. (May have to create more 1x1 pics of different colors)
Far as the fonts: stick to the basic fonts. New Times Roman is best. If you use an odd font that is not on the other persons PC (or they are on a Mac, etc.) and they do not have the font, their PC will substitute something else and mess up the page. It you want a fancy font, make it a graphic instead.

I certainly have the two the 360 an ps3 an ps3 is thru a procedures a miles better an extra effective console. and now maximum video games are multi platform the 360 basically has some exclusives which incorporate halo3 which grew to become into crap while in comparison with call of accountability 4, gears of conflict and fantasy 2. ps3 has mgs4, very final fantasy, uncharted, ratchet and clank, haze, killzone 2. the ps3 has extra exlusives. having a ps3 is like having yet another pc and an leisure device in one, basically keep ur action pictures on ur ps3 no longer uncomplicated tension an watch it by using ur hd television. for the long-term the ps3 is deff the splendid determination because of the fact because of the fact the years go on its going to win the console conflict because of the fact its the main effective console and has the main versatility and can do something the wii and 360 can do yet much extra effective. the only solid subject the 360 has is xbox stay and thats no longer something that helps u pick a console, plus the 360 appears like a airplane approximately to take off i cant even pay attention the television while im taking part in my video games.

In order to control the way sites look across platforms and browsers, you must code your page following modern standards with XTHML and CSS.
The code written by you Namo Webcreator looks like HTML 3.2 (a very old standard), so all browsers use a quirks mode to display it.
You can validate code here: http://validator.w3.org/
I recommend you abondon your current web editor and use the free one from Mozilla. You can find it on http://www.mozilla.org. It is free, and you will have better luck.
To do a quick check of how your site looks on all platforms and browsers, consider http://www.browsercam.com.

The page looks fine on my computer...of course I am running at 1280x1024 resolution. Your "Recent Shoots" link goes to "Uncle Fred's" page...not sure if that is what you wanted...if not, change the link. Don't use so many . Maybe try creating a table to organize the photos.

You really can't do that,
One person may be using INternet explorer, another Netscape.....
You can size your pictures to be the same size
but the fonts can be over ridden in the persons browsers.
