Contact Yahoo Support .. report the harassment. In addition go to options, click on block addresses and put the email address in. You will no longer receive emails from the person that is harassing you. Sorry that you are going through this.

I think there's a member search option somewhere in yahoo where you can search by the e-mail address. It may give you more info on who it may be.
