I once signed onto monster.com. Now it seems to have stolen the title of my home page. How do I get rid of it

It seems to load on startup but it can 't be removed or found in the startup menu. I used a current ad removal program to try to get rid of it but no go. How do I get it off of there. I no longer have a home page.

Go to Tools-->Internet Options
You can change your home page there.

launch internet explorer, then goto tools, internet options, and type in the home page line what you want your first page to be.

Uninstall and reinstall Internet explorer.
