All I can say is...I WAS a Nebraska Fan when they ran the Option with the likes of Tommy Fraizer, Eric Crouch and Jamal Lord. But since then they have fired the legendary coach in Osbourne and they changed the whole offensive scheme. If they get back to the option run, I'll enjoy watching Nebraska again. You can't tell me when they won the Nat'l title against Florida that year that they offense wasn't top notch, Why did they have to change?

They need to hire Tommy Fraizer as head coach since I hear he's been a runningbacks coach at some division 1 school.

He'd restore the pride huh?

Actually the Huskers will go 11-3 or 12-2 this year. They will beat either USC or Texas during the regular season and hopefully win the BIG 12 Championship. Next year they should go 12-2 or 13-1 or even better 14-0. Go Big Red!!!!

I am a Cornhusker fan through and through. All the way from the Tom Osborne years until now. It's a shame that we don't have good ol' Tom anymore. Nebraska is the only team that has TRULY dominated college football for years!!!!
Don't get me wrong, I am from Ohio and I love Ohio State, but I have also always loved Nebraska. I still have the Championship game on tape when they played Florida and made Danny Weurvil cry!!!! They definitely dominated. Hang on, things will get better!

You gotta beat UT first, and it's not gonna happen this year. You lucked out against Michigan in the Alamo Bowl last season. You're right though, your team is getting better. I miss the good old days with the Nebraska power running game. Especially the option. What happened to those days?

Sorry, but if you remeber you lost to my Jayhawks last year...I am sorry, but the time for N has passed. I dont think Calahan is a good coach. He is arrogant and really needs to think about the fact that speedy kids don't like cold weather!! I am a Osborne fan, but I guess those days are over.

You guys should be competitive inthe big 12 north, but I think this is ISU's turn to shine.

Yea, right. Until the Big 12 North spins off from the South and forms their own conference you don't even win a conference championship much less a National Championship.

Hook'em !!!!!!!!!!!
