getting bad cramps and on the lower part of my stomach on each side i get pains. not sharp pains but just pains. well i want to know if anyone else has got this pains if they took vitex? thank you

I am not really aware of Vitex but was able to find this online --
Side effects may include minor stomach upset and a mild skin rash with itching. Vitex is not recommended for use during pregnancy and should not be used concurrently with hormone therapy (e.g., estrogen, progesterone).
