Should I be seeing a counselor or talking with someone from the school. I am scared of not doing all the things I need to be doing and then not being able to go back. I only have two semesters left to finish.

Attend a community college. Most universities will accept transfer credits even when you are academically suspended.

work and save up some money. take the time to do research on what you will be doing when you finish school. maybe even try to get an internship in your field. if you are going to graduate school, use the time to study for the gre, lsat, or whatever. check with your advisor to get your schedule and credits together so when you go back, you will be on track to graduate.

Maybe stop in and see if they have tutors that can help you in your weak areas of study? Our college had kids there that offered their services for nothing. Call your advisor and tell him/her what you just asked us, they will be happy to see that you are doing something to help your grades. Happy graduation to you in advance :)

go get a job anywhere you can and make sure you put on you r resume it shows that you have initiative and aren't just waiting for the parchment to apply for a career position a litte motivation go a very long way to recruiters reaper out....................
