Yes, the United States' justice system has become a farce. Yet, if we take the rehabilitationist theory to ethics, we will come to the conclusion that Karr is sick and needs to be rehabilitated. Perhaps we should not "pull his toenails out", but he does need a more serious punishment or therapy, or punishments of the like. Said "toenail" punishment would violate the basic moral prinicples, so I do object to that. We also do not have sufficient evidence that Karr killed JonBenet. The DNA found there was not even his. Thus, what evidence do we have against him? The officials are using as many crimes as they can against him, although the punishment may not be enough. That I agree with you on.
He may also have confessed for the various other reasons: notoriety, etc. But I agree, we do need better and more effective punishments for sex offenders.

The early stories of Karr being arrested in Thailand for another charge were bogus. The police were monitoring him BECAUSE of his emails on JonBenet. But he was saying that he had his eyes on a little girl in the school where he was about to start working, so the police had to act before they were ready.
However, I can still go along with the pull his toenails out suggestion. The guy is a whacko of monumental proportions. My fear is that if he does get back on the street, he really will hurt a little girl just to "show" everybody who didn't believe his sick fantasy about JonBenet.

I agree. He really pulled the eyes over the American justice system, and made it look silly for all the world to see. Even got a free full-luxury plane trip back to the States.
It was either that or get nailed in Thailand, where they would not have thought twice about cutting his nerts off!!!!!

Aren't the worst cuss words 4 letters? then again maybe Bush won't give Karr(Car) the fuel he needs!

Your not only beautiful, your smart too.
If there is 'one single','minute','solitary thought',that he molested a child, ANY CHILD !
I agree with you on pulling the toe nails but not the rattlesnakes. What if he gets bit, dont you think that death would come to fast?
I got it ! Lets hand cuff him and put him in the same room with you.
Never mind, your to mad right now you might kill him quicker than the snakes would.
It makes me sick as hell that when a pedophile is convicted,he is kept away from other inmates for his protection.
O.K. maybe your cooled off enough by now to give him a slow, painful death.I'm for turning him over to you.

there. Serves him right, the creep.

i'm not particular,I advise, he does have a heritage of doing stuff to toddlers. yet, on the different hand, not one of the clues tournament up. this is extremely not ordinary to inform because he received't answer something else yet, "Jon Benet Ramsey died by danger."

Yes we are as we do with most criminals. The liberals in this country, are the reason most people can get away with a majority of crimes with little or no repercussions.
