Both are equally as dangerous, both command other to fight for them; both are dictators and rulers of there particular factions, whether it be a country or a group of militants; both have people who are willing to die for their cause; both have no regard for "innocents." They are equally capable of destroying the fractured peace that reigns in their respective countries, and they threaten each other at the cost of "human lives."
The greatest thing they have in common is George Bush Sr., One is the "son" the other is a business partner, imagine that.
If one thinks about it, the similarities between them are so many that if not for where they were transposed to each others countries, they would probably be at war with each other, even then.

George Bush by far. He is in control of the strongest aggression and intervention force in the world. Death and destruction in Iraq, Afghanistan, Lebanon, and innumerable low scale conflicts and military training and assistance programs around the world.
BTW this is costing American lives and treasury to boot. Shame!

Bush - he has access to nukes and is openly killing people. Osama is on the run, hiding in caves (or playing poker in the White House basement, to be paraded before the people whenever the war profiteers need Republicans elected.)
