Go to someone else's page find a link to creative backgrounds. Or search for Myspace Backgrounds. Then copy(ctrl +X) and paste(ctrl + V) the codes into your myspace profile, under the about me section. Thats the most popular.

Go to www.freeweblayouts.net
Click on a category for instance "Fashion"
Look for a layout
Highlight the code
Copy it
Click Edit profile
Then paste the code in your "About Me" section
Click Save
Then click "View Profile"
and your done
