If you're between those two, I'd go LJ.
LJ's coach is a run-a-holic.
SA just lost one of the best OL in football in Hutchinson.
LJ is younger and catches more passes.
SA's big year last year was in his contract year.
LJ plays against weaker defenses.
SA is on the cover of Madden.

I have completed the three drafts I am in this year. But in all three I had LT as my number one choice with LJ second. Alexander is great but the Madden curse has me a bit concerned. SO I think you should take LT.

I have #2 tonight in a 10 team draft, so I have the advantage of taking whoever #1 doesn't take.
I'm still leaning toward LJ, but Shaun has such a cake schedule, it's hard to ignore.

Mine is 12 teams, and we draft tomorrow. If I had the 1st pick I'd take Shaun A. Seattle has just as strong a team as last year. Sure both teams will be hurt by the loss of linemen, but looking at opponents, the AFC West has become a dominant run division, so the defenses are more prepared for stopping the run, where as the NFC West (Shaun's division) has been pass 1st so I think he will get more yards and TDs this year than any other back, but this just my opinion.
Just curious, who are you planning to take with the last pick of the 2nd round?

Alexander, just because he got 28 TDs last year. And LJ lost Willie Roaf. This preseason when he runs to the left, he's averaged under 2.0 yards. cmills019 has to be completely dumb. There is no Madden curse, stop believing in little kiddie stories.

I would pick LT #2 overall. Why? LJ lost his offensive coordinator and Shaun lost his Left Guard in Steve Hutchinson. If you believe in curses, Shaun is on the cover of Madden 07. However, if LT is gone I would pick Shaun because he is in Seattle and they play San Fran 2 times a year.

LJ. Shaun Alexander has the madden curse this year. You gotta worry about that. Plus, the superbowl loser always has a bad year the next year. In the past 5 years, the superbowl loser has failed to make the playoffs the next year. If that holds true, that's going to hurt Shaun Alexander's numbers.

Shawn Alexander. The only reason why I wouldn't take him is for the Madden curse. Most people on the cover of madden usually have an injury or a bad season. If he is gone take LT, or Manning.

I like LJ, but he is missing two key blockers, SA is only missing one, but he will face some easier Def. I rather take LT over both of them lol.
