Apparently all the people in New Orleans believe that a) Bush caused the hurricane, and b) he should have carried each of the victims out individually on his back. That's what the people expect of him, and he OBVIOUSLY did not follow through.......

He was warned that a Hurricane of the scale that did hit, would hit New Orleans. Instead of doing anything about it, he went and wrecked Iraq instead. A problem forgotten is a problem solved or something.

I think letting the people of your country down once is enough, don't you? The amount of times Bush has let down the American people (and the world) is huge, surely it's passed time for him to go?

Well, I have scoured the papers and news sites for this mythical statement and I am unable to locate it. What Bush did say was "I take full responsibility for the federal government's response."

Seriously, I don't care if you are going to bash someone. But use real information and not fabricated bullshit.

He didn't exactly promise not to let people die in the streets for days before the govenment mounted a response, you'd think such a thing should go without saying.

He and his administration made us look like a Third World country along with unleashing enormous death and human suffering. After one year, he is still scratching his head.
