How exactly would you access your email at home? Unless you have remote access installed and you left your computer on, you wouldn't be able to access anything from where you are anyway.

If your question is, "How do I check my email when I am not at home?" then my guess is that you use Outlook Express or some other email program.

No a problem. Just go the the homepage of your ISP and check email that way. If you are a Comcast customer it's www.comcast.net- Verizon, www.verizon.net and so on. If you post your email domain, I can tell you how to check your email.

If your home email is a POP server, you can get it through yahoo.
