Using the latest version of Internet Explorer, there is a small icon beside the website address. How can i show one of these for my websites?

create an image 16px x 16px and save it as favicon.ico in your root directory. (i.e. http:// www.mysite.com/favicon.ico )

That Icon is called a FAVICON and you can put a little icon next to your website to show uniqueness and a customized appearance.
