In grammar, the second person point of view is the 'You' form of a verb. Like 'you ARE' or 'you CAN'...
It's called that, because if someone says 'You' in a sentence, that means that there are (at least) two people involved in the conversation - the person speaking, and the person who they are referring to as 'you'.
In literature, the second person point of view is rare but has been done. It would be the author telling a story referring to 'you' instead of the usual first person (I), or third person (he, she).
An example of that would be one of those 'choose your own adventure books' from the 80's. They were written in the reader's point of view (the second person). EX. 'YOU are walking down the street when YOU see a mysterious time machine. YOU walk up to it and enter inside...'
This is second person because the author(#1) acknowledges the reader(#2), the second person.
In the first person p.o.v., this same story would be:
'I was walking down the street when I saw a mysterious time machine. I walked up to it and entered inside...'
This is first person because the author only mentions themself.
In the third person p.o.v., this would be:
'HE was walking down the street when HE saw a mysterious time machine. HE walked up to it and entered inside...'
This is third person because the author(#1) is telling the reader(#2) about someone else(#3) - Three people are acknowledged.
I hope this helps. Feel free to post any additional details if you are still unclear about something.
Take care.
