I have an eBay account and I am presently selling home items. I also have some books that I would like to sell. Should I list the books in regular eBay or is there a special area for books like there is for cars. I do not want to open up a second selling account though.

Thank you Glow Girl...Yes, I was more interested in the Half.com. So it is better to sell books there than under eBay subcatagory books? And does Half.com require me to open another account?

Half.com is part of ebay, and it's the place you want to list your books.

Under the books category in eBay they have dozens of sub-categories. List your books in the proper sub-categories so people can find them easily. If you have an eBay account, there's no reason you would need to open a second account in order to sell them.

you just list it under the books section - your ebay account is not specific to one category on ebay. when you list an item it asks ou what category you want to sell it under and you can choose any of them
