We have never been enemies of India, but we also have not always been friends of India. During the cold war India tried to play the Soviet Union and the US against each other to their own advantage. I don't think anything was really gained, but I'm also not in charge. For the last 15 to 20 years I would say that India and the US are definetly friends. We have so much in common, our style of government, economy, and our goals for the future. We are becoming closer and closer through both government, military and economic cooperation.

America is a pure enemy of india as history showcase the reality. They have always interferred wid INDIAN progress let it be millitary or economical progress. For eg. US put sanctions on buying and getting know how of combat aircraft engine and when india tried its own then also they refused to give technical assistance on kaveri engine.. on the other side Russia helped India in development of 4 generation combat aircraft . US also put hindrance in India's dream of being self independent in space technology. US kept on providing economical and millitary assistance to our natural enemy Pakistan on every gorund. Which is much visible during wars as when India requires parts of Hareer aircraft at that time US completely denies. India kept on asking support from US for permanent seat in UN but till now they didn't responded in a positive manner. They even kept on avoiding passing nuclear material (required for power plant) for a long time. Selfish US is and will remain friend of money

Think positive. America is friend. Not only that India always believes that whole world is a friend for her [ India ]. Indians are everywhere in the world / countries and there is no doubt that because of the openness and positiveness INDIA IS GREATE AND TREATS OTHER COUNTRIES ARE HER BEST FRIENDS.

Everyone hates the USA why should India be any different. We give aid and our jobs, so of course we are hated by the ungrateful
If USA wasn't a friend we would invade and open the beef market up. Seems to be a lot of beef on the hoof just wasting away in front of the starving masses
