You should be able to look in the phone book and find book stores that will purchase books from you.

You can always donate them to the public library.

The best way to sell books and or used cds/ dvds is actually Ebay.com

Is there a CD Exchange, Tower Records, or Game Exchange in your area?

You may try using Yahoo! Yellow pages to look this up in your area. You may consider having a garage sale. They can be a lot of fun. If you price things right you can make a lot of money.

Anyway, I hope it works out.

Well you could have like a little lawn sale. I see people doing it all the time where I live. On the weekends, they set out what they want to sell and they usually do good but you'll need to put up afew fliers before the big day.

i would suggest online is better on ebay, half.com, or amazon.

however, if you really don't want to i would try a consignment store. try used book stores and used music stores to see if they would buy your books. i think they usually pay for them.
