Anytime I try to load a song on it says it can't load it

I hate windows media for music - but try this: got www.divx.com and download a codec package that might help & you might like the divx player better too like me.
Or you can download winamp http://www.winamp.com/ - as it is the best for music...

I am not absolutly certain but you may be trying to load music in a format that Media Player won't accept.

Go to Control Panel, Add/Remove programs, uninstall WMP, download the latest version from Windows, and reinstall.

may be u are puting un recognized file type which one is not made for wm .... upload WMP download window media player 10 or 11 like that and install them it will not made any more problem

What does the error message say? It might not support the type of file or it needs a codec.
