yesterday i logged in at 7:13 am.....and the news blurb was there......today ( a day later) i log in and the news from 7 13 am is still there its a day later and its still yesterdays news.......???????????? how can i keep my browser syncronised to the time and day

You seem to be running off the cache and not downloading the new stuff. Delete your Tempory Internet files and force the machine to dl new copies of the webpages. It should be back to normal then and when/if it doesn't do it again just delete to temp.int files.

Restart your computer. Go to "About" tab of the browser and visit the browser's company website to get the latest versions.

if you are using IE
go to tolls- temporary internet files--settings --there you can check the second option...
you are done...
