I did meet a cousin once who looked astonishingly like me - it was spooky. But that was a relation - sorry.

From your question yesterday, you actually look a lot like my friend Leigh. I actually had to look twice to check it wasn't her!

Not who looks like I do now but there is a very heavily pregnent lady who I see in the Botanical Gardens all the time. She looks exactly as I imagine I will look in ten years time. It's uncanny.

From behind we could be twins. Before she was pregnent I once saw her wearing the same jacket that I used to have.

I have never spoken to her but I'm sure she also sees the resemblence as we always smile at each other on passing in a kind of awkward way. Maybe I'll say hello next time.

Good question, by the way!!

I met someone 10 years back who looked so familiar to me. Everytime I saw the girl, I was wondering about the place where I saw her(at that time we were both 17). There were nights I couldn't sleep. One time, while I was having some chat with a friend, she talked to me about a person who looked like me and she was referring to that girl. At that time, I realized that I had been seeing the girl in the mirror everyday for I was the one she looked like.

Anyway, i haven't seen her for a long time and I do not know if she still looks like me.

I way djing at a club, once, and a guy came up and said I had lovely eyes. I looked up to say pee off creep, but when I looked he had exactly the same face as me. Same eyes, nose, smile. Very scary. He put me down on the guest list for his club the following day and there I found he had the same surname too. We never found any family connection though....

Yes, a woman I worked with when I was 17 told me I looked just like her daughter who was living abroad at the time, when I eventually did get introduced to her it was spooky as we did have a very strong resemblance to each other in a lot of way as well as looks, I guess she was my doppelganger or my father had an affair that my mom never knew about.

My Mom once saw me on the bus, drunk & asleep, except I was in another place, so I must have a twin if my Mom cannot tell the difference, and she even tried to wake the poor girl up to give her a rollicking.

I didn't meet the person, just saw her through binoculars at a rock concert. It was quite disconcerting! I had the people I was with look too and all agreed she looked exactly like me. It was like looking in a mirror. I never saw her again (this was 30 years ago) and to my knowledge she was not a relative, unless so distant that none of my known relatives were aware of her.

Not really, but I had a close friend at school and the teachers got us confused all the time. We had similar hair colour and both wore glasses, and possibly looked a bit similar, but not really enough to get confused as often as we did though I don't think!!
