Your Bachelors of Sociology Degree by itself probably does not lend itself to a career. If possible you should add anoter degree to it in nurseing, addiction councelling or business. Any area that you have a further intrest in.
The other option is to look for a entry level position in marketing or business. This degree certainly won't hurt you chances or getting a job but you may have to settle for something with a future.
