What? Are you running a 35 man construction crew? If your question exemplary of your work; you do need help. Try an elementary school. They can help you with your literacy issue.
I am sure you are a skilled tradesman, but it takes much more than that to manage, and schedule a crew. You are responsible for their pay, welfare, safety, materials, tools, etc. All of this requires disciplines like, literacy, accounting, basic engineering skills, etc.
If you are not qualified, perhaps it would be better if you stepped aside, until you can gain some skills. Remember time is money, and your "crew" is your most valuable asset.

Yep, I agree with the others. You can re send, and use the details area for more info,,,but I suspect this is a very localized, personal issue,,,and yahoo Q & A is visited by millions, not strictly local to you,,, or related to what situation exists.

Excuse me, but if you would explain in plain English what your original question was and ignore the crackpots, jokers and learn to click on the "Check Spelling" box, you might even get a good answer. There quite a few of us "experienced, retirees" out here who can and would like to help you out. I'm one and also have asked some questions and received some really good answers.
