No because Outlook Express is a POP mail client and Yahoo is not using POP.

Hi,
If you have a paid Yahoo Account then you can configure your paid yahoo account in any of the offline email programs such as Outlook Express, Outlook etc. However you need the pop and smtp settings.
POP Incoming Server settings for Yahoo are pop.mail.yahoo.com
SMTP Outgoing Server settings for Yahoo are smtp.mail.yahoo.com
