Most hazel eyes have a touch of green in them. The green will show through if you wear a green shirt. If you are looking to enhance your eyes, wear a shade of green (not too bright).

Olive or mint green brings out the green in your hazel eyes.
A light blue shirt would look nice with the blonde streaks.
You also might consider a cream colored shirt (that will go with anything)

green shirts make hazel eyes look green. So does green mascara. I have green blue eyes. Works every time.

with those eyes and that hair...green. your eyes will pick up the color. yellow second choice.

brown, it would accent your hair and bring out your eyes, wear it with jeans or something like that...casual, but looks really good one u..
