probably not because they don't really care if they kill their own people. the religion is just a fake they have no real 'normal' values anyways

You, my friend, are a fu*king genius! If only George W had decreed this in 2000 then look at all of the trouble we could have avoided. One problem though, how do we build mosques on the top of buses and undeground trains..perhaps just a small miniaret on each would suffice?

nope, it would more than likely put the places at greater risk, as the terrorist can then walk into the place and say they are going up to worship, so it would be easier to get in.
U are also assuming that all terrorists are Muslim, that is not true, a lot of current terrorist may well be Muslim, but who to say what religion any future terrorists maybe

Nope. Muslim buildings have also been targeted by terrorists.
Maybe if every terrorist organisation had some offices in the same building . . .

Thats so crazy it might work. They would have to be Sunni Mosques, maybe with some sand in them from Mecca or Medina.

Novel idea but they already kill their own people. Sticking an "at risk" signs on top of their homes might have an effect.

Just look at Iraq. Sunni's destroyed a Shiite mosque. Muslims attack muslims, just as they do westerner's and jews.

Well when you consider that not all terrorists are muslim, and the twin towers had its fair share of innocent muslim victims, probably not.
