The help you need is this: forget getting records. What good will it do you? Finding the numbers will only put you through more torture. I assume you're not calling your partner a "cheat" without knowing this for a fact. If so, that's all you need to know. Proceed with your life based on that knowledge, and have some self-respect. Don't let yourself get dragged into a filthy game of Cheat & Spy; nobody wins because it'll end up making YOU feel dirty. Take the moral high ground.

I work for a mobile company & the only way you can get details from his account is if he has a password on his account you can phone & ask for the numbers that have been called or texted, unfortunatly u cant get what been wrote in the texts, only the num hes been calling or texting. The only other way is to look at his phone when hes not looking.

It depends on whether the bill is itemised or not. I would suspect that a cheater would have enough sense to not have an itemised bill. You call your partner a cheat though, does this mean you no longer suspect but already have proof?
I wouldn't condone opening someone else's mail, whatever your suspicions. If you haven't already, and you think you have enough evidence or your suspicions are strong enough confront them. Snooping around and wondering will just drive you crazy!

Phone records are between the service provider & the client. Unless he gives you access to his phone bill, you are out of luck.
But try this:
My phone has a "Called Numbers" & "Received Calls" function. If he leaves his phone lying around you may be able to look up some of his latest calls, both comming & going.

If you are authorized on the account, call them and ask for an itemized bill. It will list every call, as for text messages, you are out of luck.

If you have all of his info create an on-line account with his phone company's website. Then you can log in and get all the info you need.

Just call the carrier and ask for a duplicate bill. They might ask you for id like ssn but if it is your husband or boyfriend you probably know that.
