See, it is depend on your situations in both the places. If an African country/city is better for you i.e. jobwise/businesswise/etc, it will be better for you to continue stying/settling there.
If you are a person, want to see all your family members like grand-pa-ma-children, etc. and native place(s), always, you better stay in India esp. in your native place itself.

India is an up and coming economy and as such can offer modern health care, good housing and other amentites not found is less developed parts of Africa. If you have money though you can live anywhere in the World in luxury.

I was living in Africa for 12.5 years .. trust me I loved that country better than india even though i was born in india.. the thing is the security & education was the problem for me.. I lived in Nariobi, Kenya.. but my dad's been to Uganda & he says its much better then Kenya .. but its your decesion after all its your life

India is a developing country with a lot of oppurtunities... Its a good place and specially with a lil kid there are a lot of good educational institutions in india. I've lived in bangalore for 20 years now live in the UK, and i found it to be one of the best places to be in (in india)... english is pre-dominantly spoken over there, and its a good place to live in... Hope this helps

if u want all type of luxuries then u can stay in posh area like sourth delhi, noida etc

certainly if you can compromise with electricity failure, corruption at every stage of daily life, standing in long ques and above all dirty politics.
