Not all women complain about their significant other obsessed with a sport... as long as you find some quality time in between - have fun.

Women won't have anything to complain about as long as the man also finds time to spend with them and the family. When the man does any hobby and doesn't fit in time for other things, that isn't right. But if a woman marries a man knowing he has an obsession with a sport, she really shouldn't complain, because she knew of it beforehand. Like women who marry someone in the military, then complain when hubby is gone all the time or gets transferred often. Or marrying a police officer or fireman, then complains about the hours or the stress. They knew before they said "I Do", they shouldn't expect it to change after the marriage. Those that do are delusional.

To answer you honestly, when I was younger I did complain about golf, fishing trips, etc. I wanted all the attention. Now I'm a little older(not that much, but enough) and I'm more secure with myself and don't need to cling to anyone anymore. I would like a day to myself while you golf, but it took some growing up to get it.

Maybe it's because the man should be working and making money to pay the bills instead of slacking off and leaving all the work for someone else to do. I know with my honey, he can play golf till his eyes bulge out of his head if the bills are paid... he would just rather play golf than work.

I don't know. If it's their man's favorite hobby, he should be able to do it by all means. I don't like golf and I'm fortunate to have a hubby that doesn't either - but he is involved with Kung Fu and I'm glad for it - it helps him release tension and stress and he enjoys it. Everybody should be allowed to do something they enjoy. The problem with golf is 1) it's not really a sport and 2) it's mostly a drinking fest. That's probably more where the concern lies.

i wouldn't in any respect take a sparkling date out for miniature golfing. it truly is basically too hokey. . i might particularly bear a chick flick - that way, the female wins. Mini-golfing is for once you have gained the lady, and characteristic created an entire passel of sons and daughters that would desire to be entertained. even if if she stated mini-golfing, i does no longer intentionally enable her win. i recognize - i'm a monster.

That happens only if you neglect the woman in your life and spend a large amount of your free time with the golf club.

My wife does, she never complains if i go golfing, or go have some beers with the guys, and I don't complain if she goes to a class or goes to dinner with the girls.

Maybe because the man pays more attention to the golf and not her.
