My Avatar looks like me. I wear my dark dark dark hair like that. I always wear stud earrings (except when I go out). I am a light caramel complexion and my eyes are the first thing people notice on my face (people say I have the darkest eyes they've seen and large pupils). My eyebrows are a lot different than the avatar and so is my nose but this is as close as I could get.

I have shoulder length reddish brown hair, with blue/green eyes. Somtimes grey eyes, depending on my mood. People say I have a lovely smile...
Based on that description... sort of.
The problem is that computers have a fairly fixed idea of what descriptions look like.
If a police force was given my avatar to arrest me, the lawyers'd have a field day in court!

Mine resembles me but the faces are so generic that I don't think it is easy to get a good approximation of your appearance
