Contact a broadband service provider in goa ,probably BSNL'S data one .Its as fast as lightening.

Try tata indicom or bsnl website. You would need an address prior to obtaining a broadband connection

ucan either try out BSNL's dataone or sify. Both are good though you have to wait for a considerable time to get dataone installed. You can also try out with Airtel or Hutch which are having GPRS facilities
