How about a law that prohibits the word black be used when referring to people?

this way it will stop the blacks from winning all the time and elimate them from. Black voices on AOL. Miss Black America etc etc etc seems to be that there needs to ba a change here. How would it go over if we said White voices. or Miss White America. Bull Sh-t if they want to be treated the same then they need to end this crap .

Oh come, come. you are either very young or just disingenious. The reason why we have miss black america, and black this and that, is becuase we know misguided people like you would automatically discount the black view and opt for the worst white view rather than lower yourself to supporting anything black. Do we also need to have a law that prohibits us from being called white? We are afterall just that. If I don't take offense at being called white, and the majority of my black friends don't take offense in the term black, then why are you so bent out of shape about it?

they rather we referred to them as being black

Any division on color are bad. They server the same end regardless of wether the division is in a good or bad spirit. You are still dividing on the issue of color/race.
