my friends has just come from turkey and said girls are perfect there. whoevr i speak say same thing.does anyone know why are they so beautiful.another one why arent they look like typical muslim?they are muslim yeah?

they are not all scarfy and i even know lesbians! it is shocking

They may be muslim they may be not. But Turkey is a modern country and not all women (even muslim ones) cover their heads. I am a muslim Turkish girl. I don't cover my head and noone in my family does.

Turkey is a secular country, so it is only as much a muslim country as UK is a Christian one; probably less so. Most of the population are muslim, but not all. Turkey has had all sorts of problems with the religious movement because of things like banning women from wearing headscarves, so keen are they to keep religion down. You can't look like a typical muslim. If you mean racially, islam is very diverse, and sees all races as equal- no black, no white, only muslim. Malaysia is the world's largest islamic country, and the majority of people have eastern features, though everyone seems to think all muslims come either from the middle east or Pakistan. If you mean in terms of dress, there is no muslim dress. Islam teaches modesty of dress, for men and women, but different groups and traditions see this differently. In some communities a headscarf is only required to cover jewellery, while in others someone is seen to be dressed modestly only if they are covered to the knees, neck and elbows. Different interpretations. In the UK we might consider it immodest for someone to walk around in their underwear in Tesco- different people have different ideas of what it is to be modest, and there is as much difference across the islamic world as outside it. Islam does not say 'dress this way'.

believe me when I say that you wouldn't want to walk the streets dressed like the girls in Turkey. Turkey is very liberated most Turkish people are muslim but not strict muslims. Many of them drink alcohol or smoke both of which are forbidden by the Koran.
In Turkey no women wear the hijab(scarf or vail) for the simple reason that it's forbidden by law.

Not all Turks are Muslims. They do have a good size Christian population too. What exactly is a typical Muslim and how should they look like?

Turky is not a fully muslim country.There is sizeable christian population.Muslim religious fundamentalism is yet to be strong there.

yes turkish girls are muslim. but not like irans, or arabs... turkish people are like european people, they are modern, educated, soo beautiful ;)
but there are also christian etc.people.. but not soo many
