Good question. I remember as a kid trying to find stuff in the library. How frustrating was that? Now I google and I'm good.
I'm also surprised with even lived, considering all the germs on pay phones. Good riddance.

How old are you?
We lived real lives, full of friends, family, colleagues, co-workers with whom you could socialize and find out what you wanted, even more accurately -slower though- because an expression on the face insinuates much more than you can read in a thousand words over the Internet.
And mobile phones? We just were much-much more organized than today...

Every generation says that. I don't know how my Mom survived with out a washer and dryer. My Grandma had no T.V. tub or shower and she had an ice box. And if you go back further no cars or electricity, running water. They had crank phones and a 3 hour trip took over a day. Imagine that.

Very well, I grew up in a small town and we had a slower pace of life. You wrote letters to those you cared about, and the family ate together around the table, sometimes we took Sunday drives and people knew their neighbors. When I was young we even slept with our windows opened to get fresh air and didn't have to lock our doors. I think people are too caught up in electronic technology now, but I use some of it occasionally myself.

We weren't fat and lazy, so lets get off the computer and get some fresh air. But I can say the only good thing I can go to school with out using any gas.

thats easy... we worked when we were suppose to work, we gave more time to our loved ones, we went out more, when we said we would be somewhere at a specific time we were there, we lived life more, unlike today for we spend to much time on computers, phones, gadgets etc.......
