Dang why so negative, you should ask "5 reasons why i can live in other planets", this way you might get some idea's on how to do it. But in my opinion Mars is the best candidate out of all the worlds you listed.

Mars may be the only possibility for human life, and that, possibly won't be a viable possibility until humans discover an effective way to terraform the planet and alter the atmosphere and surface to more closely resemble that of Earth. Who knows what year we will figure that out. Maybe it's just a noble dream.

Well, Neptune, Jupiter and Uranus have no solid surface for you to live on - they are made of gas and liquid. Those planets (as well as Mars) have temperatures far bellow frezzing point. Nither of the planets you mentioned has a breathebale atmosphere.
Mercury has no atmosphere at all, so the temarature there flacuates between 450C in daylight (because of it's proximity to the Sun) and -180C in the dark.
As Mercury has no atmosphere and that of Mars is very thin they do not provide adequate protection from deadly cosmic rays. As for the gas giants they produce vast amounts for radiation themselves, especially Jupiter.
Finnally the strength of gravity there is vastly diffierent from that on earth. If you were to find yourself on Jupiter your weight would increase 380 times, you'll be crushed by it. On Mercury the gravity is much weaker then on earth making it difficult to perform various tasks.
That's just of the top of my head. I think there's five in there somewhere.

Probably you must reverse the question :)
There are infinite reason why you (humans) cannot live on other planets(in solar system).
Try asking which is the closest suited and what all needs to be done there to make it really good alternative.

very no longer likely. to confirm that that to take place the planet might desire to have long previous in the process the right comparable events and steps as earth did. inspite of the undeniable fact that, the prospect of there being existence on yet another planet is possible. Earth did it why cant different planets accomplish existence besides!

Uranus, Neptune and Jupiter are gaseous in nature.
However it would be possible to live on Mars and Mercury with the right systems.

You aren't intelligent enough to get into the space program.
The temperature is either too hot or too cold.
The atmosphere is not compatable for human respiration.
You can't afford to travel that far.
The current residents would eat you.

Because you can't live i n a planet, may be "on", but not "in".
However, you can live on other planets, but the effort and necessary logistic would be just unpayable. :-)
