Well you need to excersice 1 hour and 30 minutes 6 times a week. Like jogging, swimming, etc....

u know.. i faced the same problem for almost the whole of ur life and I realise.. that is only one word to describe and tat is "DETERMINATION". no one can help u except for urself... u have to curb your eating and also excercise regularly so that u can find that figure u wanted... dun eat oily and fried things... drink more water and eat more vegetables and fruits.. some fruits are fat.. like grapes.. banana and watermelon.. so dun eat these fruits... eat more vege likr spinach and brollic and also have fish instead of chicken and pork or mutton or beef....also.. try to cut down carbo.. like bread... noddles and rice.... they are the main reason for the fat... hope this helps..

go to the gym that will help you loose weight and get strong lol

take up yoga
