well yah its for mostly all the windows and ive tried everything except the tool bar menu...idk how to do thay..lol

Try pressing the F11 key on the top row of your keyboard. You may have been typing in an answer and over extended when you reached for the backspace key.
I've done that before and it really startled me. I had to backtrack and realized that the backspace didn't happen and the typo was still there. I tried F12 - nothing. Then I tried F11 and everything came back. Whew! Was nervous there for a moment.

It is called menu bar. Accidently you may have unchecked the menu bar option under the tool bar menu. checking on the menu bar will bring it back.

CLose that window and open it again
or restart your computer

i think you have a virus that corrupt ur windows files
you also can use system restore

right click under your window pane where it is grey and click FORMATTING
