moisturize them....that is the only way....and you'll never get rid of them completely, but you can fade them and make them less noticeable....just moisturize....any kind of lotion (unless you are still pregnant then cocoa butter or ask your ob to reccommend a lotion safe to use in pregnancy....or anything specifically formulated for pregnancy-related stretch marks.

The only thing that really works for me is Bio-Oil... The Palmers' cocoa butter seems to work for many women, but I didn't find it that great. Maybe try it, if it doesn't work, try bio-oil. It fades them very effectively.

Many people have told me that getting stretch marks are unavoidable if you're genetically disposed towards them (if your mom & sister got them, for example). I don't know if it's true, but I did find that using Bio-Oil every day stops new ones from forming, and when I ran out and stopped using it for a week or so I got a LOT of new ones. So as far as I'm concerned using it does stop them from forming. Hope that helps!

my family believes cocoa butter is the best. I used it 23 years ago and don't have any. Also nice to massage baby. Like taking care of them before they're here!
