When the process is natural as originally intended nothing is painful. For instance foreplay is an essential before sex. if that happens there are lubricants automatically secreted in both partners which makes the process devoid of pain. Tearing of Hymn is the first step and most girls realize only later that they have lost their Hymn. It is not really painful.

How thick is this penis - a well lubricated and aroused vagina can take an arm to the elbow - I doubt that any penis is that big!
The amont of pain in breakingthe hymen varies between girls and is not a thing that can be measured.

Nope, vaginal walls will be fine, but the hymen will tear up if she is virgin. It doesn't matter if the penis is small or big.
